OEs with strong monthly performance can be promoted to the next level of Outreach Executive, sometimes in a matter of months. What does an average week look like?
Planning and attending events, out-of-center events, account management, and identifying new accounts.
Do you work nights and weekends?
On average 2-3 weekend events a month with flextime available.
What are the hours?
Outreach Executives mirror the hours of the center.
Do I need a certification or college degree for this role?
There are no certification requirements or degrees necessary to be an Outreach Executive. We choose team members who are driven to create positive change through community impact, and we provide the resources to be successful in our robust onboarding program.
What is the pay schedule?
Bi-weekly, plus monthly bonus.
What is the earning potential for Outreach Executives?
On average, our OEs earn between $65,000-$75,000 annually with a guaranteed monthly income. Our top performers are making over $100,000 annually with no cap to earning potential.
