Sr Associate, Growth Partnerships
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships with AARP partners including weekly team check-ins to drive program design & execution, progress updates
- Coordinate and execute emerging community programming strategy across Oak Street Health centers/local teams and AARP
- Own materials creation for all OSH-AARP monthly and quarterly meetings
- Measure impact of OSH-AARP collaboration and workstreams and identify opportunities for improvement
- Own monthly reporting requirements, working across OSH businesses to collect and summarize insights
- Help identify new relationship opportunities and areas of operational improvements across AARP Businesses (e.g., AARP Foundation) and their affiliates
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience (undergraduates and graduate students will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on experience)
- Very strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to be highly organized
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
- Polished and engaging communicator ready to interface with cross-functional internal and external organizational leaders and teams
- Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and or value-based care
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus, but not required
- Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced “start-up” environment
