We’re looking for graduating internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, and Med-Peds residents and fellows to join us in primary care roles in our centers across the country.

What is our Immediate Decision Day?”

In 2022, we launched our first Immediate Decision Day” with great success, and we are excited to bring it back for a second year. It’s simple: Apply online, and then join us for a day in one of our centers in our headquarters in Chicago, in New York, and in Philadelphia (or, for those who prefer, at one of our National Virtual Days) this October, November, and December.

There, you’ll interview with local and national leaders, immerse in the Oak Street model of proactive, team-based holistic care delivery and receive an instant decision on your candidacy. All physicians who receive Instant Decision offers will also enjoy a generous signing bonus, relocation support, and $1,000 in monthly stipend support from Oak Street for the remainder of their training and transition.

What do I need to qualify?

The ideal candidates for Oak Street will be outstanding clinicians who have a demonstrated passion for transforming and innovating healthcare delivery. Unique opportunities exist for individuals with advanced degrees in policy and public health (MPP, MPH) and management (MBA, MHA). All positions offer an excellent starting salary and bonus opportunities, tremendous opportunities for growth and promotion, and outstanding mentorship.
