state of the art building, clean, very polite staff who actually LISTEN, since important for seniors to be heard when capable; respecting personal decisions, especially when considering end-of-life, and quality rather than quantity. While usual procedures or drugs may work for most, if allergic or had prior adverse effects, then individual uniqueness is important, especially when individual knows what has worked or not worked, decisional and can consider risks or benefits, interactions etc., as so many seniors are over medicated--polypharmacy, so very important to have pcp who listens and can give second opinion about specialist results, or monitor over all, for what is in patients best interests, not drug company or about under going a procedure just to rule out something, if not wanted, when some things are chronic, not curable, just treat a flare up---as specialists usually do not confer, elderly are over medicated, and much harder to endure certain treatment or procedures, and have necessary forms on file expressing wishes..Much better to make decisions for self, than wait too long or let others do--which is hard for many family or friends to do---takes pressure off them also, so have personal preferences stated in writing, and signed and witnessed.
