I’m glad to be a patient at Oak Street Clinic and a patient of Dr.Tamika Banks. I am glad to be part of this group, she is very knowledgeable and helpful in my care . She also see’s that any blood work that I need is done there , if x-rays are needed then she makes sure that I receive paperwork needed for my tests. This is so helpful and convenient for me with almost every thing being done there. So thank you for this opportunity for us seniors.

My visits always puts me at ease. This particular visit is the first one for the year. I love going to Oakstreet Health. New Insurance completed by the front desk staff. My wait time was short. Once in the room there was someone weighing me and taking my blood pressure. There was also a professional Phlebotomist that really knows her stuff. I felt a pinch but very little pain. My primary arrived shortly went over my past history and asked if I was okay and asked if there had been any changes in my health. She then listened to my breathing. And checked my heartbeat. She then updated me on my current health and scheduled some positive future health things I need to look into.All my labs were completed. My questions were answered and my first Doctor's appt of the year was completed. There was also a free ride to the Clinic and another ride back home. Everyone from beginning to end was great!! I know it sounds weird the I had a good visit but finding out I'm doing good was music to my ears. I still got things to work on but with the help of my team I feel I can accomplish anything.
