I like the way Dr Melissa spoke clear & listened to what I said
They was very nice and explained everything I ask them. They was very patient we me. I will tell my friends about this company
Safety - I felt safe because everyone was wearing masks and PPE, and masks were available and offered to patients and visitors up front. Customer service -Front desk staff greeted me immediately with genuine friendliness, enthusiasm, and kindness. As I watched other morning staff arrive, everyone greeted me cheerfully and seemed happy to be there. The front desk ladies guided me through the whole visit. There were some technical issues with the check in, but the main front desk lady remained calm, and just problem solved with the team and communicated with me. The medical staff all treated me kindly and with genuine warmth. I felt comfortable with the medical providers and appreciated the time they spent with me, reviewing medical history. The provider addressed my health concerns in a knowledgeable and reassuring manner. I feel this is a place I will receive excellent care. I do have a few notes: While it's nice to hear the healthcare provider show enthusiasm for the facility, her time is limited so I'd prefer to hear more about what Oak St offers from the staff or medical assistant during rooming, rather than have that part of doctor/patient time. Also, I struggled with the family history form because I was given a big marker to try to write between thin, tiny lines and spaces re my family health history. It was frustrating trying to do this and the medical asst could not read what I wrote - so frustrating and time consuming for both of us. I have minor vision issues so I suspect other patients with more vision issues will struggle even more. This would have been even worse except I brought my allergy and surgery list already printed out so did not have to fight with the marker for those. Many providers these days offer online forms to complete at home prior to visit that go directly into the system and save time and stress for the patients and providers. Doctor/patient time was also consumed by me listing all my specialists. It seems like there could be a form for this or it could be completed by the medical assistant at rooming. Thank you for considering my suggestions to make a great welcome visit even better.
It was the most personal experience I have had taking care of my Mom with a provider. They genuinely took time with her.
Everyone was very nice. I liked the Dr alot & felt confident with her. The facility was very nice. Sales portion was too long but I did not feel pressured. Did not feel safe with way seat belts fastened in van.
