Robert Epstein, MD

Dr. Epstein was my PCP and I was very happy with his care during the years that he served as my PCP. He abruptly left Caremount (Now Optum) without notice which was quite alarming and a major let down. Based on my last visits with him, he did seem stressed and rushed (though he took the time with me and listened to me as he always had. Yes,wait times were long before he finally did get to the exam room. Sometimes waiting 20 minutes in the exam room for him was common (likely the result of the overcrowding schedule he faced that the group placed upon him). His abrupt exit from the Caremount group resulted in me being assigned to a random doctor in the group who I did not gel with and did not feel the same level of care and concern that Dr. Epstein provided me. I only recently made a change to a new doctor and hope for an improvement in care and guidance.
