    Heather used to be my primary care provider back when she lived in Washington, and I've never had a better provider until then, or since when she moved to Chicago. She wasn't just a provider she also became somewhat of a mentor and I felt super cared for. She helped encourage me with with my health as well as my goals in my personal life. I hope she decides to return one day.

    Heather Duncan NP is a great healthcare professional, when speaking with you she explains everything to the fullest and LISTENS! I wish I had found her years ago. It's not about pushing meds but about getting you healthy and keeping you healthy! Larry Lewis her outreach manager and immediate staff is a blessing as well.

    I have been fortunate to have found Heather as my Health Care Provider. Heather has been an excellent problem solver. She has been diligent, deliberate, and compassionate as a provider. What more could I expect or ask for as I seek help with matters of my health ?
