Dr Roberts is good as a doctor, but I'm not comfortable with the accompanying secretary. I know I could refuse but it really isn't about me its about the required agenda that the doctors have to complete each visit. Oakstreet is lousy. I never have received a receipt or invoice. When I ask about it, someone will call me, never happens. I asked for a lab appointment (for a specialist) expected a lab appointment, was told it was a yearly and I have to come back for the labs. Then nobody wanted me to question it or express my displeasure. Foot dr would not address my issue, she had her own agenda. I needed info sent to old insurance proving I had new insurance so I could have the old insurance payment that was taken out of my account returned(30 days) I put it all together and ask them if they could fax it. They could have just said no but instead they had questions and would call me, I had to try to call that office several times and never would transfer me to the Avalon ofc, last person said she would do a detailed note that I just needed a fax. Never have received a confirmation from them. I went to my ortho appt they fa ed it in 5 mins. (YES I have a copy) I could go on about the ridiculousness of Oakstreet but I'm going to end it like this, they have an agenda for get them in document info on the senior and get them out. I need to find something else.
