Yes, everyone is nice and polite and respectful. Oak Street Health tries hard to serve its clients by providing regular health checkups and referrals to specialists when required. They have helped me keep track of my health care significantly. Shout outs to Jennifer, Sonia, Latifah, Sharon, and of course, Dr. Paula Sinclair!! I am happy to be a member. The only issue that I have with Oak Street now is that I don't seem to be doing all the testing when I have my regular checkups. I have not had a blood withdrawal or a take-home colon test or testing for prostate issues as a senior man should be tested for and I only had a A1c finger test on my recent last exam which was the first time. It was good that I had that test because it showed that I was pre-diabetic, and now I will be watching what I eat more carefully. Perhaps if I had had that test administered before I would have known beforehand. I hope they're not falling back on their services.
