Nothing would they claim in the commercials? I have my aunt and my uncle going to Oak Street health bad health service. It takes weeks for them to call back regarding a referral for specialists, we haven't heard anything? Shouldn't take no more than 3 days to get a referral to see a specialist, especially when is the urgent matter

Mother needed to get a change in prescription due to it causing her legs to become swollen. Arrive at location and would not see herb due to no doctor on site. All we were offered was to go to an urgent care. Sorry but you just lost a client. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time going here.

Over-rated, they start out good then it's down hill. The call center is a joke, your lucky to get a call back in a week. We got fed up and we found a regular general doctor again. We wouldn't recommend to anyone.
