The firstvlady that I talked with, gave folder and zip bag...she really talked very fast. Remind she slow down since she is talking with older people and some with hearing issues such as me. Thought person seeing was a dr but was nurse practitioner. Which is ok but was not told when was contacted by Oak Street Health. Seeing it online it looked to me as more of an exercise program and not medical. But understand purpose is preventive care. Will continue and go back in 2 weeks for 2nd visit and see how I feel about Oak Street at that point.
