Oak Street Health Opens Fourth Center in Greater Houston Area

Value-based Primary Care Leader Advances Mission to Rebuild Healthcare as it Should Be in Texas

HOUSTON — February 1, 2022 — Oak Street Health (NYSE: OSH), a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Northshore center at 1244 Uvalde Road in Houston. This is the fourth center for Oak Street Health in the greater Houston area, joining the Eastex and West Bellfort centers in Houston and the Fairmont center in nearby Pasadena. The opening of the Northshore center brings the total number of Oak Street Health locations in Texas to 15. Another Houston center is expected to open this month.
