Oak Street Health Opens First Two Primary Care Centers in Richmond

Value-based Primary Care Leader Advances Mission to Rebuild Healthcare as it Should Be in Virginia

RICHMOND, Virginia September 5, 2023 — Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Chamberlayne center at 5246 Chamberlayne Rd and Broad Rock center at 3900 Hull Street Rd in Richmond, Virginia. These are the first centers for Oak Street Health in Richmond and in the state of Virginia.
