GARY, IN — July 21, 2023 — Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Midtown center at 1310 Broadway in Gary, IN. This is the tenth center in Indiana and the second in Gary for Oak Street Health.
