Oak Street Health Opens First Center in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, OH — September 22, 2020 — Oak Street Health, a network of value-based, primary care centers for adults on Medicare, is ready to begin caring for seniors in Cincinnati with the opening of its newest center at 2429 Harrison Avenue set to open September 22. The opening brings the number of Oak Street Health centers in Ohio to eight, joining existing centers in Cleveland, Youngstown and Dayton.

Since its founding in 2012, Oak Street Health has seen a 51 percent reduction in patient hospital admissions compared to Medicare benchmarks. Oak Street Health will accept multiple health plans at all locations, including traditional Medicare.
