Oak Street Health Opens First Center in Mississippi

JACKSON, MISS — Nov, 5 2020 — Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare, is continuing its nationwide expansion with the opening of the company’s first center in Mississippi. Located in Jackson, the center opened on November 5 at 911 Ellis Avenue. A second Jackson location is set to open on November 19 at 4541 N. State Street. The opening of its first Mississippi location marks the 11^th state with Oak Street Health centers in operation.
