DAVENPORT, Iowa — December 22, 2023 — Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Davenport center at 2217 Rockingham Rd in Davenport, Iowa. This is the second center for Oak Street Health in the state coming on the heels of the Jordan Park center in Des Moines that opened last month.
